CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS-INDIVIDUALS

The user, starting to use the loyalty program of IE Avetisyan Roman Borisovich, accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). Acting freely, by his own will and in his interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the User gives his consent to IE Avetisyan Roman Borisovich (TIN: 261809070783), which is located at: 355000, Russia, Stavropol Territory, Stavropol, Ovrazhnaya st. 27), to process their personal data with the following conditions:

1. This consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.

3. Personal data is not publicly available.

4. The purpose of personal data processing: inclusion in the loyalty program and providing discounts to the User; functioning of the loyalty program; conducting advertising and newsletters.

5. The basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FL "On Personal Data"; the Charter of LLC "Eighth Laboratory", this consent to the processing of personal data.

6. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; refinement (update, change); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

7. Personal data is processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and newsletters. The processing of personal data may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject. The storage of personal data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FL "On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation" and other normative legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.

8. The consent can be revoked by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written statement "IE Avetisyan Roman Borisovich" or his representative at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.

9.
